Notes: If you enrol for the first week only, or for two weeks, the earliest time for arrival at the UEA Campus should be the afternoon of Sunday 18 July. If you enrol for the second week only, your arrival should be the afternoon of Sunday 25 July. Those who arrive before 5 p.m. should collect their keys from the Conference Office on Campus. Those who arrive later than this should collect them from the Lodge on Campus.

If you enrol for one week only, you should vacate your room on Friday before 10 a.m. If you wish to stay until Saturday, you should either notify us in your application, or inform the course director upon arrival, but no later. You need to pay for one more night's supplementary accommodation. If you have enrolled for both weeks, you are covered for the cost of accommodation for the weekend between the two weeks.

A non-refundable deposit of £125 should be sent together with the Application Form.

Once you have paid the balance, if you then decide to cancel, only tuition fees can be refunded.

If you withdraw from the course after the course has started, no refund can be made.
